Managed IT Services
There is a considerable increasing drive for several businesses to reduce IT costs and improve operational effectiveness through a more automated and proactive method.
Usually, this approach translates into the need for a growing number of IT services and in-house IT resources. Developing an in-house IT team and infrastructure can be costly and risky venture, particularly when the corporation’s IT needs are constantly changing. In fact, in today’s fast-pacing world of changes, very few companies have static IT needs.
When companies seek for outsourced help in fulfilling IT needs, they typically consider two delivery models: Managed Services or Staff Augmentation.
With Staff Augmentation, Organizations will have external IT professionals joining their existing teams. The highlighted benefits of Augmentation is the fact that it allows companies to ramp up and down easily to attend their constant changing demand without the cost and liabilities commitment of hiring additional full-time employees.
In the other hand, Managed Services is a full package of IT services and human resources available to your organization. Introduction of Managed Services into an organization allows it to free up internal specialist knowledge within the organization and to focus on core business activities.
This strategy allows organizations to consult external expertise on demand, reduce IT costs, decrease manageability time and risk mitigation so they can focus on existing resources on their core business operations.
Managed Services pricing model is based on a regular monthly billing with guaranteed service levels, quality and throughput. For a large corporation a Managed Services Provider can act as an extension of their large IT team, handling any support requests, projects and monitoring their infrastructure. Also, ideal for small to mid-sized business whom chose to outsource their IT needs to a team of experts with an arsenal of solutions to support and manage their infrastructure.
Desktop as a Service
Desktop as a Service (DaaS) also known as Hosted Desktop or Virtual Desktop, enables our customers to outsource their desktop infrastructure to secure and robust data-centers while still using their existing computers or any other internet capable devices such as iPads, SmartPhones, Android etc…We only work with market leaders such as Amazon AWS and VMware Cloud infrastructure. Backup & Disaster Recovery
Your data is the heart of the enterprise, it’s crucial for us to protect it. In order to protect your organization’s data, we need to implement a data backup and recovery plan. At IT Accuracy, backup strategy implementation is a must for our clients, we include it with all packages we provide. Our basic rule-of-thumb approach is to always have your data replicated across at least two different geographic datacenter regions and to a reliable cloud Service Provider such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and VMware vCloud Air.
We don’t play around with backup. After testing multiple vendors out there we chose the one which we can guarantee data recovery and full Disaster Recovery when needed.
Whether it’s physical, virtual or cloud-based, we’ve got the technology and expert engineers to implement the best backup schedule and retention policy approach. We monitor all backup jobs 24/7 and guarantee that your data will always be available when accidents occur.
The way it works is simple. Once we on-board our clients, we seat together and discuss about backup and Disaster Recovery strategy with decision makers. The objective is to define our backup schedule, Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO). They are the most important points of a Disaster Recovery or data protection plan. RPO, in a nutshell would be how far back in time a company can tolerate to lose data in case of a disaster. For example, if an outage occurred and your last healthy back is from 15 hours ago and the RPO for this business is 18 hours then we are still in compliance with our RPO plan.
RTO, is how much time can you afford to be down. After a major disaster occurs, such as an earthquake, hurricane or flood, all your data and applications will become unavailable. Large corporations can’t afford outages for too long, they invest millions of dollars on a Disaster Recovery plan to reduce RTO time so services can be back up as soon as possible.
After we identify your desirable RPO and RTO we are going to design your DR strategy and test it!
